§ 54-228. Fifteen minute free limited parking.

(a)

The following areas shall be designated for free 15-minute parking:

(1)

In front of 27 West Main Street.

(2)

In front of 62 West Main Street.

(3)

In front of 83 West Main Street.

(4)

In front of 50 Greenwich Avenue.

(5)

In front of 2 North Church Street.

(6)

In front of 97—99 West Main Street.

(7)

In front of 128 West Main Street.

(8)

In front of 129 West Main Street.

(9)

In front of 14 West Main Street.

(10)

Behind the village police department (first space west of designated handicapped spaces).

(11)

West Main Street (first space west of crosswalk at the intersection of High Street and West Main Street).

(12)

In front of 15 Main Street.

(13)

75 Webster Avenue.

(14)

Corner of West Main (south side) and Railroad Avenue.

(15)

87 Main Street.

(16)

30 Greenwich Avenue.

(17)

In front of 183 West Main Street.

(18)

In front of 100 Greenwich Avenue.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to park in the above designated areas in excess of 15 minutes.

(c)

Violation of the 15-minute parking limitation shall result in a maximum fine of $50.00 for the first offense, and a maximum fine of $100.00 for each subsequent offense.
