§ 54-166. Forty miles per hour.

On Main Street (N.Y.S. Route 207) between its intersection with Scotchtown Avenue to the easterly boundary line of the village the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed is 40 miles per hour pursuant to Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1180(d).
