§ 30-29. Imminent danger; action of board of trustees.

  • Whenever in the judgment of the enforcing authority a danger to public health shall arise, requiring special regulation, he shall immediately notify the mayor of the board of trustees of such danger, who shall thereupon convene the board of trustees and take such action as may be necessary to properly meet the condition.
