§ 30-28. Investigation of complaints.

  • The board of trustees or designated person shall have the authority to examine into the nature of complaints made by any inhabitants of this village concerning sources or conditions dangerous to public health, and when by investigation he shall find such conditions to be a menace to health he shall forthwith proceed to have the same removed or abated.
