§ 2-26. Functions as board of health.

The board of trustees shall constitute and function as the board of health.

Local Law No. 4-1995, adopted April 24, 1995, set out provisions abolishing the contractual position of assessor in the village and providing that the village board should no longer serve in its capacity as a board of assessment review. At the editor's discretion, § 2-26 has been amended to delete those provisions dealing with the village board's role as the board of assessment review.
