§ 6-33. Enforcement.

A dog control officer, designated by the board of trustees as provided by Agriculture and Markets Law § 114, may enforce the provisions of this article. He may investigate and report to the village justice any dangerous dog as described in Agriculture and Markets Law § 121 and see that the order or orders of the village justice in such cases are carried out.
