§ 54-329. Penalty.

(a)

A violation of this article shall constitute a traffic infraction, and any person violating this article shall be liable to a fine of not more than $250.00 or to imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, for each violation.

(b)

A violation of this article shall also be considered a violation of the Penal Law § 240.20, and any person violating this article shall also be liable to a fine of $250.00 or to imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, for each such violation.
