§ 54-207. Handicapped parking—Permit or registration required for use.

Parking shall be prohibited in all areas specifically designated for handicapped parking or handicapped access except if the vehicle displays a valid handicapped permit issued in accordance with the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the state.
