§ 2-106. Defense and indemnification.

The board of trustees hereby accepts the applicability of the provisions of Public Officers Law § 18 regarding defense and indemnification of officers and employees of public entities. The board of trustees confers the benefits of Public Officers Law § 18 upon its employees and to be held liable for the costs incurred under the provisions of Public Officers Law § 18.
