§ 18-57. Effective date.

This article, adopted August 30, 1976, shall take effect upon the filing with the village clerk of the final freshwater wetlands map by the state department of environmental conservation pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law § 24-0301, applicable to any or all lands within the village.
