§ 21.6. Effect of approval.

Latest version.

An approved zone change for a PAC shall remain value for one year following approval by the village board. If, at end of that one-year period, no formal application for site plan has been filed with the planning board, then the zone change shall lapse and a new application for PAC zoning shall be required to be approved by the village board.
